REAL Cause of Abdominal Pain and #1 best treatment

I’m going to share with you the true cause of your abdominal pain.

Unfortunately, when you visit the doctor right now with abdominal pain, you’ll be diagnosed and given medication to manage the symptom. All right, you’re fine.

They’ll treat your symptoms with drugs, but not find and fix the root cause. Now, nothing I say is intended to discredit your doctor.

Therefore, before following my advice, consult your doctor. You might be diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia, which essentially indicates that there is a sludge in your bile ducts.

When we have abdominal pain, we’re actually dealing with pressure from gas fluids, feces, or food backing up somewhere, which puts pressure on some of the plumbing that’s going on, whether it’s from the liver to the gallbladder or the pancreas to the small intestine or maybe in your large intestine.

You may be diagnosed with diabetic gastroparesis, which is essentially a fancy term for the nerves in your digestive system being so damaged that everything is extremely slow.

There will be a lot of bloating and pain because the food is moving through these tubes very slowly. You may be diagnosed with gastritis, heartburn, acid reflux, or indigestion, or you may be diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disorder, which is characterized by a malfunctioning valve on the top of the stomach that allows food to back up through your esophagus and maybe you’re diagnosed with an ulcer.

An explanation of abdominal pain

No matter what condition you have, I’m going to show you something very basic and very powerful. However, in order to put things back in order, you must understand some basic anatomy and where the pain is in your abdomen because that will give you a clue.
Abdominal Pain

If we examine the abdominal region and divide it into sections, we have the upper right section right here, the middle upper section right here, and the left upper section right here.

The liver and gallbladder are located on the right side, and the connections are known as ducts, such as your bile ducts. In the center you have the stomach, and you also have this thing that’s crossing over called the pancreas.

The pancreas is located on the left side, followed by the spleen.

The small intestine is located in the middle, right here, and it connects to the large intestine, which passes through this area, crosses over, and descends this way. Finally, the right side is located in the middle.

Abdominal Pain
The kidney area is located slightly lower than the upper portion. The ureter, the small opening connecting the kidney and the bladder, is located here. The kidney is located on the left side, along with the ureter. Naturally, the adrenal glands are located directly above the kidneys, way back over here.

Abdominal Pain
and the uterus and prostate are located in the lower portion, right here in the center. If you’re a woman, your ovaries are located in the lower left and lower right sections.

The issue is that the pancreas crosses over from not only the left side but also the middle and even the right side, so it’s fairly easy to sort of narrow it down if you know where your discomfort is and which organs are associated.

It can be a little confusing at times, and kidney stones can sometimes cause pain higher up, while gallbladder stones can sometimes cause pain lower. There are some ways to distinguish between the two, but I just wanted to give you a basic overview of where different organs are located.

I want to start by talking about something that is quite prevalent but not widely understood, which is this issue in the right upper quadrant. Okay, so you have the liver and gallbladder in this area. Gallbladder-related symptoms usually include bloating, burping, and belching, but they can also include pain or distension in the abdomen.

Abdominal Pain
Thus, the liver that produces bile is here. Therefore, bile passes through this small tube and is stored in the gallbladder. When you eat, the gallbladder contracts, allowing the bile to pass through this tube and enter the small intestine to mix with the food that just left the stomach.

Then, with the aid of the pancreatic enzymes, particularly lipase, which breaks down lipids, the fat can be further broken down into smaller pieces.

You can now digest and use the fats, such as your fat-soluble vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids, because bile breaks down fat to a certain degree and the enzyme lipase breaks it down to smaller amounts. All of the fatty acids, all right, so those two fluids.

Of course, gallstones are possible, and while some people do have them, others do not.

Abdominal Pain

However, many people experience sluggishness in this duct; in other words, the bile material is like sludge. This is a real medical issue, and it can back up into these tubes and cause excruciating pain that can radiate up to your right shoulder, right scapula, and right trap through here. As you can see, this small duct also connects to the pancreatic duct or tube.

It can be a little complicated, but this issue is very common. For example, a blockage in this area can cause not only material to back up within the liver, causing pain up into the right side, but it can also back up into the pancreas, causing pancreatitis or pain that goes in the middle or even the left side, which can then affect your left shoulder.

ADD MORE BILE

The actual reason for this is just a lack of bile, because when you put more bile in this area, it dilutes and makes the bile flow through it very nicely. The bile that passes through here is mixed with cholesterol and bile acids, so if there is too much cholesterol and not enough bile acids, you get this sludge.

However, if you increase the ratio of more bile acids to cholesterol, the bile can flow.

TUDCA is an excellent cure that I will discuss in more detail later. Additionally, TUDCA is a bile salt that can relieve a lot of pain in the right upper quadrant by opening up the flow of bile when taken on an empty stomach a few times a day.

Additionally, I advise taking bile salts after meals rather than before because they are alkaline, and we don’t want to take an alkaline substance right before meals. This will assist the system produce more bile, which will enable you to digest fats more easily.

I want to give you a general summary of everything before I discuss what initially caused you to be weak in the first place.

One of the main causes of a bile insufficiency is weak stomach acids; you simply don’t have enough hydrochloric acid to start the bile production. This is a fairly prevalent issue on the right side.

Betaine hydrochloride, which I will discuss in a moment, and apple cider vinegar are easy remedies unless you have an ulcer. If you have an ulcer, there is a very specific way to treat it that you don’t want to add more acid.

However, the biggest symptom for the stomach if you don’t have enough acid is usually indigestion, which makes you feel like the food isn’t being processed at this level right here.

It’s also important to recognize that the stomach has these acid sensors that are attached to the upper valve. Thus, if the stomach acid is not between one and three, which is quite acidic, this valve will not seal, and you will begin to regurgitate.

ACID REFLUX
HEARTBURN and then eventually you’ll get an
ULCER
Therefore, if you have acid reflux, heartburn, or GERD but no ulcers, you should take betaine hydrochloride. You should take about five of those as a treatment before meals, and you should also regularly take apple cider vinegar.

You shouldn’t take apple cider vinegar or hydrochloride if you have an ulcer since they will exacerbate it.

You would like to take something different, like as
chlorophyll
zinc carnosine
That’s how ulcers are treated. that cabbage is actually one of the healthiest meals for ulcers. Zinc works wonders, but cabbage contains something that can genuinely heal an ulcer.

Now, if you experience issues in the upper quadrant on the left side, it can be the pancreas resulting from this bio sludge, or it might be that you have been eating such
junk food
refined foods
cooked foods
Because diabetes affects the pancreas, people who have had the disease for a long time or who are pre-diabetic will not only have problems with the hormone insulin but also with the other part of the pancreas that releases enzymes.

As a result, they will not be able to release enough enzymes for digestion, which is why people with diabetes typically have digestive problems. I’ll go into how to handle that.

If it’s on the upper left side, you might have a spleen issue, though that’s not common.

8 1 Treasure of health
Now, if you have pain in the middle, right here, right, left, and middle, and this is the belly button, then generally, there will be some kind of inflammation in your gut to the right or left of the belly button, which you can call diverticulitis celiac disease.

If it’s on the right side of the left side, it might be a kidney stone.

There is a condition known as sibo small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, which is typically brought on by a lack of stomach acid. Additionally, certain microbes begin to proliferate in the small intestine when they should primarily be in the large intestine.

This leads to a competition with your food, where the microbes consume the food as it passes through and produce a lot of gas. One way to tell if you have sibo is if you feel worse and experience more bloating when you take probiotics and fiber.

Therefore, you should avoid eating any fiber if you have sibo; in fact, you should probably become carnivorous for a few months. The same is true for ibs, as people with inflammation cannot handle a lot of fiber in their colon.

Now, if you experience pain in the lower abdomen, it may be a fibroid if you’re a woman, or even a prostate enlargement if you’re a man.

If it’s in the lower right quadrant, it may be the appendix, which is uncommon, but it may also be an inflammation in the lower right hand of the large intestine.

Now, if you look at the lower right and left side, if you’re a woman, it might be an ovarian problem. As a quick fix, if you have problems with your ovaries or prostate, milk is a very important food to cut out of your diet because it contains growth hormones, which can cause the ovaries to swell.

What causes abdominal pain?

When you go to the doctor for help with abdominal pain, they definitely don’t look at the relationship between different things, and they definitely don’t talk about your diet enough.

That’s number two on the list; it’s not the most important thing, but it’s the second most important thing, and there’s not a lot of focus on that important topic of food. That’s why we have digestive organs: to help us break down food.

The stomach’s acid aids in the breakdown of protein, the gallbladder’s bile aids in the breakdown of fats, the pancreas’s enzymes aid in the breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, and our small intestine’s enzymes aid in the breakdown of all of these as well.

In fact, 90 percent of digestion takes place in the small intestine, and if anything is not broken down—mostly fibers—your friendly bacteria in the microbiome break it down in the large intestine.

Now, if you can picture yourself having heartburn due to a lack of hydrochloric acid, what would happen? You would be given an antacid.

We will now treat low hydrochloric acid by using a medication that will take the remainder of the acid that you have and eliminate it.

That will exacerbate the situation because it is the beginning of a series of events that lead to the individual taking stronger medicines. The more drugs they take, the more bile salts they will deplete, and eventually we won’t have enough bile salts.

Consequently, all of the supplements you take, such as omega-3 fatty acids, are not absorbed, and you do not receive vitamin A, D, E, and K.

This leads to a number of problems, and one of the most crucial functions of the bile is the elimination of cholesterol. As a result, cholesterol simply stays in the liver, backs up into the arteries, and causes a variety of problems.

Antacids and stomach acid will also deplete your hydrochloric acid, and aging itself will do the same. The hydrochloric acid will be depleted by a low-salt diet, and when we reach the bile, what would cause a bile deficiency?

#1 antacids
#2 not consuming enough fat
The bile salts will dry up if you follow a low-fat diet because ingesting dietary fat stimulates the formation of bile. Gastric bypass surgery would also be necessary.

One of the most common causes is likely that having high levels of insulin or insulin resistance causes your bile pool, accumulation, or reserve to decrease.

Let’s assume that you are on birth control tablets. For instance, pregnancy will cause your intestinal salts to drop, which is why pregnant women may get gallstones, which are caused by a deficiency of bile antacids. I just stated steroids, such as cortisone lotion or prednisone, together with a fatty liver.

Because if the liver isn’t functioning properly, it won’t be able to produce bile, which causes bloating and a lot of pain on the right side and upper right quadrant.

By taking bile salts or tudca frequently, you can fix the bile issue and often end up helping the pancreas, especially if it’s something like pancreatitis or there’s a problem in this small duct.

However, the other major issue is that people who consume too many carbohydrates have burned out their pancreas, or they eat a lot of cooked foods, and since enzymes are found in raw foods, cooking anything, especially vegetables, destroys them and makes your pancreas work harder.

Antibiotics are also a major problem because they kill all the good bacteria, which means that your microbiome won’t be able to help you break down the fiber as much.

This can lead to a number of problems, including inflammation and bile deficiencies, because your microbiome also produces bile salts.

Additional common reasons of abdominal pain include food allergies to dairy, almonds, soy, eggs, or gluten-based foods. Okay, that’s a pretty common one.

You can also have a gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance (which is the sugar in milk), or a gluten intolerance (which is the protein in some grains).

You can also just be sensitive to certain foods; it’s not a true allergy, but your body just reacts to it. Some foods, particularly nuts, have enzyme inhibitors.

Consuming large amounts of nuts or peanut butter that contain enzyme inhibitors can also irritate the gallbladder and cause pain beneath the right rib cage.

However, if you were to germinate the nuts, soak them in water, and then dry them out, you would experience significantly less discomfort in the right upper quadrant.

Additionally, foods that contain anti-nutrients include lectins from the nightshade family of vegetables, phytates from grains, or oxalates from spinach.

There are certain people who are more susceptible to them than others, but it’s definitely something to talk about.

In addition, eating inflammatory foods, including omega-6 fatty acids, is extremely frequent. Since omega-3 and omega-6 oils have anti-inflammatory and inflammatory properties, respectively, the dietary standards have replaced saturated fats with omega-6 oils, which means that people are consuming large amounts of
soy oil
corn oil
canola
cottonseed oil
and it’s causing a lot of inflammation in their digestive tract. Then we get the fiber—not the fiber from vegetables, but the fiber found in almost every food these days.

They’re adding these artificial fibers, known as functional fibers, to a lot of foods. Even certain types of maltodextrin are synthetic fibers, in addition to dextrin, which is also synthetic, and extremely poorly processed fibers like soluble maize fiber. Soluble tapioca fiber

You won’t realize how painful and annoying all these fibers are to your stomach until you stop eating it and you say, “Wow, my stomach feels so much better.”

The 3 main causes of abdominal pain

#1
The main cause of your stomach pain isn’t necessarily what you’re eating; rather, it’s that you’re eating too often, which literally jams so much food into our plumbing system that it can’t handle it and overwhelms it, never giving it a chance to breathe or reset.

Our bodies weren’t made to graze like a four-stomach cow, okay?

The amount of snacking is really the main issue because cows graze for the majority of the day, then sit down to regurgitate the grass that comes up and spend time chewing it again and bringing it back to humans.

At night, they eat continuously from right after dinner until bedtime. I would hazard to bet that 80% of your digestive issues would go away right away if you simply stopped snacking. This is known as intermittent fasting, okay?

#2
The second point is that the meals you’re eating are incorrect. In addition to gluten, grains in general include a variety of other substances that cause inflammation in the body, not to mention the seed oils associated with grains.

extremely inflammatory and causes a lot of stomach pain; if you remove these, the ache goes gone.

#3
The third primary cause is a side effect from antibiotics that causes a cascade of issues, including taking other medications like antacids.

The best treatment for abdominal pain

Take bile salts with your meals if your pain is in the upper right quadrant, and take tuttle on an empty stomach.

Retain hydrochloride if your pain is in the middle, right here, unless you have an ulcer. If your pain is in the upper left side, you’ll need more raw foods, so don’t cook them too much.

You may also need to take an enzyme to help lower your insulin levels with the diet I’ll suggest below.

If you have SIBO, garlic and oregano will help kill the microbes with intermittent fasting is very, very important.

In order to prevent kidney stones, even if you are at risk for developing them, you should drink a lot of lemon water and at least 2.5 liters of fluid each day. This will dilute your urine sufficiently.

If your pain is in the lower abdomen, you should take probiotics and eat fermented foods. If you have a prostate, uterine, or ovarian issue, you should avoid dairy.
